| The Blue Ridge Golf and River Club
is planned as a gated, secured community of 220 +/- homesites and 60 +/- cottages with a combination of golf, mountain and river views.
Golf Club—The course is scheduled for play in the summer of 2007 and we look forward to another masterful design by Dan Proctor and Dave Axland.

River Club — Imagine a private fly fishing, canoe, kayaking and outdoor pursuits club fronting nearly a mile of the Toccoa River. The River Club will also include an outdoor fireplace within a rustic yet elegant pavilion, outfitter shop to organize your outdoor pursuits, and storage for canoes, kayaks and other gear. You can also start your walk on the two miles of nature trails beginning at the River Club. |
